Менеджер по логистике

Duties:

  • Direct participation in the creation of the product portfolio of over 1000 SKU;
  • Market analysis in terms of categories / products for cars and trucks (market volume, dynamics, competitors, shares, highlighting product’s benefits), working with customs databases;
  • Optimization of the product range, development of products to the local market, determination of needs and sales potential, preparation of TOR for purchases, communication with factories;
  • Creation of supplier panel for the development of the product range;
  • Operational management of the product portfolio in means of planning in short and medium terms;
  • Pricing for the entire product portfolio, starting from the factory prices, uploading with the customer’s price, profit calculation, forming proposals for optimizing commercial policy – requires the ability to use formulas in Excel, accuracy and basic knowledge of pricing;
  • Participation in the defining the strategy for competitors, compare prices with competitors, mystery shopping;
  • Certification of products, work with agencies and factories to find the necessary information and deliver product samples, necessary document flow as well;
  • Working with agencies and designers to create packaging for the product, determining the information needed to be placed on the product packaging;
  • Working with agencies and designers to create product catalogs / booklets, text writing, filling catalogs, including technical data, translation of product catalogs of plants, request for necessary technical information;
  • Making suggestions for product promotions based on monitoring of sales dynamics, competitors’ activity, price comparison;
  • Drawing up information materials for the dealer network, setting goals for shares and monitoring compliance with conditions, processing of orders from dealers, implementing communication support;
  • Working with agencies for the content of the site on the company’s products;
  • Assistance to agencies in creating information materials for placement in social networks;
  • Carrying out product trainings for sales staff and dealers.

Requirements:

  • High economic or technical education;
  • Analytical mindset, willingness and ability to work with large amount of information;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • 2 years working experience in the sphere of product management or marketing;
  • 1 year working experience in spare parts marketing, understanding the cars and trucks mechanism;

• Computer literally: MS Office (compulsory knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
